I own 2 bersa thunder 380 and 1 firestorm. For those of you with jamming/FTE/stove piping problems try cleaning the gun. This gun is great if it is oiled and cleaned. Try driving your car 100,000 miles without changing the oil. I have yet to have any sort of feed or ejection issues with any of my Bersa products. I also own the full size and the compact 9mm and the firestorm mini 40. GREAT guns for the price.

Bought my Bersa 380 at Cabela's last month (Dec. 08. I liked the looks of it because it resembled a Walther PPK. After a dozen trips to the local range and firing about 500 rounds of a variety of manufactures ammo without a single problem. My brother, who accompanied me to the range, who owns a Walther PPK, was so impressed with the Bersa accuracy and total reliability, went out and purchased a Bersa 380 also, at Cabela's. The Cabela salesman told us they were basically sold out on Bersa 380's due to the recent popularity of this weapon an they were trying to get more, but there was a fairly long backorder on this item. We clean and oil our handguns after every trip to the range and have zero problems with his model Bersa. When I read that others have experienced a multitude of various problems, I'm surprised and wonder if they are working for a competitor of Bersa, or maybe they don't clean and oil their guns? I'm a 73 year old army veteran and have fired just about every military weapon available, including machine guns and 90MM tank cannons. The Bersa 380 is a great gun. Well that is my 2 cents
