I own both the older version Marlin Papoose 22 cal rifle 70P as well as a new 70pss take down rifle. In MANY articles, i have seen displayed on the internet,..they claim that the magazines are interchangeable between the two. They are definately NOT. Unfortunately, each of the marlin magazines packaged do not show the cut out notch on the "other" side of the magazine. This notch allows for entry of the magazine into the rifle magazine well that has a small metal bump out in the well. The 10 round is also much better than the 7 that comes standard with the rifle.

Have a Marlin 795. This magazine matched my factory magazine perfectly. Worked in my gun just great, with no problems. Price was one of the best. Seen same magazine offered else ware for almost $30.00.
Wish they offered a speed loader for it. There are some sharp edges that bother your thumb after a few reloads.

These clips are the exact same units that came with my new Marlin 795. Can''t tell them apart. Shot 200 rds of bulk Winchester copper plated HPs with no issues. I might just have to buy a couple more.

4 stars because nothing gets 5 unless it blows my socks off. The gun is a Big 5 mod 700 marlin basically a mod 70. These are new style last shot bolt hold open mags. They work just fine which means they should work in any clip fed mod 60 action.

These magazines come from the factory with the 795 but they also fit the 925 perfect. A nice upgrade from the 925''s 7 round magazine. Marlinfirearmssource.com has about the best price I could find and they were shipped fast. Couldn''t be happier.

No hitch, no glitch, the factory standard I''m using in a Marlin 795. The more you cycle them (load, insert and withdraw from the gun) the smoother and easier they are to use. I mention this because small kids have a tough time with new magazines.

I ordered three magazines for my new rifle. Product arrived in the stated time period. I half expected to receive cheap aftermarket knockoffs, but was pleasantly surprised to find factory new mags in individual packages. I tested one mag and got positive lock up.
I have yet to try them out at the range, but I don''t expect any problems.
I will definitely be ordering other products in the future from The Gun Source.

Bought three 10 rd. mags for a 1960''s vintage "Glenfield 70". They worked better than the one 7-shot mag that I inherited with the rifle. Mag follower springs are very strong and loading them soon results in sore fingers. Wish I could have found 15 shot mags but those are rare. Good value.

Product description is accurate.Magazine worked as designed. However, I would like to suggest by adding easy loader slide/spring. I and mostly my kids are having difficulty putting on the 9th to the 10th round, causing jam and misfeed due to deformed ammunition, just a thought. Over all it works fine.

I recently ordered 4 magazines for My Marlin 795 from Marlin Firearms Source. The Magizines arrived here in West Texas in 2 days. The magazines are factory original in factory packaging and function flawlessly in my 795. I could not be happier!
I had a small problem with a double charge to my credit card which I responded to. This problem was resolved by phone at once. I have no complaints whatsoever with the service I received or the speed at which I received my order! This is a great company and I will do business with them again anytime!

The Marlin magazine works as advertised, making reloading of my Marlin 795 a breeze. Again, pay heed to the ammunition warnings in the 795''''s manual some 22 ammo will jam.

Good and solid magazine,fit my marin 795 well, I just go to the range today and try it out, it work fine,it fit 9 rounds and try to fit 10 ruonds but some time it not feed.I think it is too tight.
