This rifle shoots an MOA or less depending on the ammo used. I never had any problems with it jaming either. I own 2 of them one with a 24" bull barrel and one with a 16" barrel. I have shot out to 565yrds with both of them! Great guns at a good price. I don't know what "Armalite" is talking about!!

BAD ASS!! 3rd Shoot at sighting in at 400yds BULLSEYE with 6x24-50mm ZEISS Rapid Z 1000 Getting ready for long range at 1000 I don't think it'll be to much for it. IT LOVES THE DESERT.

Got mine a while back it will put 5 shots in under an inch at 250 yds every day (the longest range distance I have available) I added a Chip McCormick aftermarket trigger There is no better rifle for the money

I own the tac 20 as well as the dcm model and own the upper in .300 rem saum and the only bad thing I can say about the rifle is the trigger so I plan to buy a geissel trigger for it but with the one in the rifle I still shoot one inch groops I wish I could use the lr 308 in service rifle matches. I like this gun! "as accurate as any bolt"

I have had my rifle for 8 months now, and am very impressed with it. I did replace the trigger with a Geissele National Match trigger. The scope is a Millet LRS, with .1 Mil Click, 35mm tube. Big Scope. I have fired around 1800 rounds, most of them Reloads. The Factory federal with Sierra 168g HPBT are very accurate for Factory. Last Saturday I shot 10 - ten round groups ]100 rounds[, at 100 yards, all 1 inch or less groups. 40 Grains IMR 4895, BR-2 primer, Sierra 168 HPBT Winchester brass. I have been experimenting with the CFE 223 powder, but haven''t got the load where I want it. The barrel does clean up quickly with this powder. All in all, alot of fun, and I am very impressed with the rifles accuracy. T

Very accurate, but can be touchy about ammunition. Reliable if you fire expensive match ammo, but many failure to ejects when using cheaper military surplus.

Just picked up my DPMS LR.308 two wks ago, already have DPMS Ar-15 .223 which shoots 5 in a dime at 100yds.,with right reloads and no wind. First time at range with LR.308 and cheep baged gun show rounds it shot one inch gps at 100yds with Leepers 3x9x40 with factory trigger, I like it Have dies on order so I can reload my own, I have over 100 LC brass and all kinds of bullets so looking forward to see how it shakes out. I plan to replace scope with VX-R 4x12 ]plan to use this one for pigs at night[ I have VX3''s on a 300 win mag and a 375 H&H and love those scopes. Read some reviews about DPMS steel mags not feeding right but I have not had any problems yet but only have run 40 rounds through the gun so far, 20 per mag. I do have some P-Mags on order also. I plan to use one of the steel DPMS mags to make a four round mag so it is legal for game hunting, ]has anyone done this?[ The DPMS LR.308 looks great and feels right with light recoil which makes it easy and fun to shoot, should make a great pig gun out of a stand.

I have a DPMS 308 LR i have been getting submin. groups out to 200 yards, and as little as 2in groups out at 400-500 yrds. with a few slight mods Great gun LRI

Great rifle, no failures to feed, shoots half inch groups at 100 yards all day long. Don't wait, buy this rifle while you can, you won't regret it.
