I recently purchased a Bersa 45 and shot it for the first time the same day I bought it. I researched different pistols and found that this was the best deal. The factors I examined were; price, size, comfort of carry, power, style, and handablility.......Bersa 45 won hands down!

Enjoy the feel of the weapon however the fixed sights require and adjustment for accurate shooting. Clip seems flimsy compared to the weapon itself. With these two exceptions the weapon is a fine buy.

Compact: Isn't much larger than a Thunder380, but has obvious advantages over one. Like abidextrious operation and significantly bigger hole making capability. Accurate: Hits where you point it. Though the site picture takes a moment to adjust to initially. Groupings were very consistant regardless. Comfortable: Fits and functions in either hand quite well, and also carries decently in horizontal shoulder holsters, (Uncle Mike's size 16), outside the pants hip holsters, and inside the pants belly holsters. Concealable: In the shoulder holster with a flannel shirt over it it's literally invisible. With the belly holster, it's very well hidden with a loose shirt. Certainly nothing that has little kids or adults screaming 'he's got a gun!!' when you walk about in public, though a well trained eye could likely pick it out. Reliable: At least to the effect that there was not even the remotest hitch or issue in the first 150 rounds that were put through it the first time it went to the range after cleaning from new in box. Decent magazines: The more times they were reloaded, the better they seemed to function. I'm considering a second, and am definitely telling my freinds about this fine firearm.

Just got back from the range, first time out for the Bursa Compact 45.... Good performance... good feel... needs some minor adjustments to the clips... will do today... 2 others tried it out... and could not believe how good it felt.... what a gun for the price unbeatable.....

Just bought my first Berssa 45 ultra compact took it and cleand it and ran 50 rounds thru it. felt great got used to sights after first clip, and was dead on!! after that , Feel was very good ambidextrous controls felt good in eithger hand. Clip leaves a little to be desired , seems flimsey but never failed. over all good feel,control got my moneys worth and then some. I'm getting the Ultra compact 9 mm fore my wife ! let you know how the 9 works out.

I have had mine for 4 years and I would suggest anyone within 40 yards is in a deadzone. I love the accuracy and the size. As a military guy, I would take into a hot zone.

I have the 380c.c. and the 45cal. they are both great and nearly the same size. With a few thousand rounds between the two, the 380 jammed once and never a problem with the 45. Awsome Buy!

Purchased a Bersa Thunder today, cleaned out packing grease, took to indoor range, Nosler 185 Gr jacketed hollowpoints, handloads, slight hitch on slide closing on first round in first two magazines, seemed to work fine, fed flawlessly 9 ring accuraccy at 10 yards, (about all my old eyes can do). Recommend for concealed carry permit holders.

Had my Thunder 45 for a couple months now, fed hundreds of rounds with no issues at all. This is a very nice, reliable weapon for concealed carry. Describing it as a single stack magazine is ver inaccurate though, it''s a double stack holding 7 rounds and a bit fat in the grip, but nothing too big. Recoil is more than manageable for a pistol this size.

I just purshased a Bersa 45cal. and shot it today for the first time. It shot wonderfull. Smooth and accurate. I recomend it, the price and performance are great. It is easy to have as a daily carrier. Good review from me.

i own one of the limited stocks of the bersa mini-thunder .45 and i should say it is one of the best handguns i ever fired. its size and reliability is hair strand to perfection. i highly recommend it to every body

Dollar for dollar this is one of the finest auto''s I have purchased over the years good to go right out of the box, I have the 9mm Ultra and am looking to purchase an Ultra 45, put this gun in a Fobus evolution holster and you can carry all day and not even notice you have it on. I recommend Bersa to all my shooting buddies and anyone who will listen. Great job Bersa.

The Bersa UC Pro .45 ACP I ordered was received by my FFL receiver two days after I ordered it. The price and prompt shipment were both excellent. After throughly cleaning the gunk from the pistol, I took it to a range and fired 60 rounds, both 230 gr. FMJ and 185 gr. JHP, without a FTF or FTE. The accuracy was excellent. I consider this to be a value purchase and am very pleased with the entire experience. Thank you.

I PICKED UP 45 ABOUT A WEEK AGO. i GAVE IT A GOOD CLEANING AND OFF TO THE RANGE I WENT. FIRED 230 GRAIN, FMJ. I MUST ADMIT, THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST HAND GUNS I HAVE EVER FIRED. Purchased my Bersa Thunder .45 on 11-12-09 and shot it fresh out the box] I say box bcuz it comes in a cardboard box[. Shoots great, excellent even, though I''ve gotta get used to shooting .45''s but not a hiccup. Only put around fifty rounds thru it so far, Fiocchi]round nose[ and TAP]hollow point[. I love this gun had to be convinced to buy but am so convinced now!!!

I know have the 45 Ultra to go along with the 9mm the 45 is a good as the 9mm if I have any complaint is this depending on the serial number you can only change the rear sight to the Sig replacement on the latter models apparently Bersa made a change which should have been called the compact2, their catalogue does not tell you this, I am going to chang my slides to the newer version as I want to install adjustable rear sights and theoir are no replacements on the market for the older slides the docetail is the problem. Otherwise they are great guns.

Love this gun !!...New out of box, shot over 100 rounds first day I had it...excellent shooter,accurate,not a single jam with RNL cheap ammo...2 clips of HP and shot/performed perfectly ! As good if not better than my Kimber compact 45.

I own both the Bersa .45 and the .380. I love them both. They are both excellent, excellent weapons. The only knock on the .45, is that there is no high-capacity magazine available for it.
